CS GO FPS Booster Configuration (CFG)
Counter Strike: Global Offensive is a FPS (Frames Per Second) game and good FPS means better performance. As most of us cannot afford to buy an expensive PC, there are some tweaks that can be applied to improve the frames per second in-game.
After checking out so many scripts and console commands I present here the CS GO Configuration file (CFG) that will give you the maximum FPS possible out of your current system.
This will improve your FPS for sure.
Just paste the above commands in your video.txt, do not care about other commands in this file as those will be automatically added once you start your game.
Try this and I'm sure you will find increment in your FPS.

How to use?
To use these commands just create a file autoexec.cfg and paste into:
C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg
Or you can directly Download the file from here
and paste it into above folder.
Also, the new Source Engine version uses an automatic detection system for most of the graphic settings. To bypass this, go into:
C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg
Edit: video.txt
"config" { "setting.mat_software_aa_strength" "1" "setting.fullscreen" "1" "setting.nowindowborder" "0" "setting.aspectratiomode" "1" "setting.mat_vsync" "0" "setting.mat_triplebuffered" "0" "setting.mat_monitorgamma" "2.200000" "setting.mat_queue_mode" "-1" "setting.mat_motion_blur_enabled" "0" "setting.cpu_level" "0" "setting.videoconfig_version" "1" "setting.mem_level" "0" "setting.gpu_level" "0" "setting.mat_antialias" "0" "setting.mat_forceaniso" "0" "setting.mat_grain_scale_override" "1" }

Nice guide. Also do steps given in this guide to remove cs go lag. This will make connection better and remove network lag.
