INFO STRING length exceeded password CS 1.6

Info String length exceeded Password.

This is common ERROR when we enter Password while connecting to a Server.

SOLUTION:

To get rid of this ERROR the standard way is:

• Open Console and type
• setinfo model ""

Just copy the above line and paste it into your console and your problem will be solved.

To avoid this in future:

• Open your "config.cfg" and Paste the same command in between.

There is another shorter way to solve this error:

Just change your name to 2-3 letters and your problem is solved sounds funny but it works.
